It has 20+ columns per row including Airbnb's URL, revenue, daily rate, occupancy, number of bookings and other listing-related information.
Use case: If you are tech-savvy or have a technical team to understand raw data, this data is for you. On the listing history, you will see the past 12 months' performance history of individual listings. The most common use case conducts market analysis based on the real performance of this market. It can answer more trivial questions such as, how much will a 2-bedroom condo with 58 reviews generate cashflow next year? Or what is the percentage of listings in the market that are extremely underperforming? (For instance, no Airbnb reviews after 3 months).
